I live in an affluent area outside of DC.
My dad and I are considering starting a business "car-sitting" for families/individuals with more than three cars or collectors vehicles who don't have time outside of work or vacation to maintain, service, or clean them. Not only that, we'd show up when we'd know a particular vehicle's service date is coming along and take it to the dealer/mechanic ourselves for the customers.
How viable does this seem as a business?

It would be hard to get that initial credibility, because if I didn't trust you, it sounds like a scam to take my cars.

I'm guessing great falls or Bethesda/Silver Spring? It could work although it's hard to say whether the cars are driven anyways, and if so there could be a line of drooling friends of a rich guy on vacation to take the job of stretching the cars' legs. It's a good idea, probably worth some exploration!

Nobody will ever be allowed to drive my cars. Watch this video of a 1970 Jaguar E-type being picked up by a car transporter, the truck driver got his feet stuck in the pedals and crashes a freshly restored Jaguar. Try not to cry too much.
